Mr. Nance serves as the President of Alliance Geotechnical Group, Inc. and has experience in project management, personnel management, budgeting, scheduling and day-to-day operations of construction materials testing services. Mr. Nance has been serving the Dallas /Fort Worth metroplex since 1992.
 

Mr. Nance’s project responsibilities with both the public and private sectors span a wide range including extensive experience with municipalities, wastewater treatment plants, residential, retail and commercial developments, major multi-lane highways and high, mid and low-rise structures. In addition to managing all aspects of construction material engineering projects, Mr. Nance has extensive experience with pavement evaluation, soil and concrete testing, concrete batch plant inspection and TxDOT materials sampling and inspection. Mr. Nance’s knowledge and understanding of the analytical methods, sample preparation and QA/QC reporting requirements make him instrumental in achieving AGG’s goal of providing the high degree of accuracy in the data we report to our clients and the regulators. He is active in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).

Mr. Nance is a diversified leader with a hands-on management style, ranging from reviewing accounts payable and receivable, to the responsibilities of project management, laboratory testing procedures and business development ensuring a strong client service policy is in place. As president of the firm, Mr. Nance provides the visionary leadership and direction for the firm, working to enhance the visibility of AGG.
