Mr. Shirazi is one of the founding partners of Alliance Geotechnical Group, Inc. As Senior Vice President of the firm, he also serves as the Construction Materials Engineering Principal. Mr. Shirazi has been serving the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex since 1982 in the engineering and testing fields, and has been responsible for managing all aspects of construction materials engineering for a wide range of infrastructure-related projects. Prior to establishing Alliance Geotechnical Group, Inc., Mr. Shirazi served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Construction Materials Testing for over 19 years with a major North Texas firm. His experience includes the supervision of both field and laboratory construction materials testing personnel. He is active in the civic and professional communities with memberships in the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI). He holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Construction Engineering and Construction Management, both from Florida A & M University.
