Dispatcher Position
AGG is looking for a motivated individual to fill an open full-time administrative position for our Construction Materials Testing Department in our Dallas office.
General Requirements:

Responsibilities:
-
Correspond & communicate with client, contractor, PM, geo, and technician via email, text, call, and verbal conversation
-
Provide locations, directions & contacts within work orders with detailed information acquired by clients
-
Correlate job locations with effective transitioning between technicians
-
Schedule accordingly with times and availability of technicians upon certifications and requirements
-
Ensure technicians are prepared with duties prior to field operations
-
Make know of proper equipment needed for certain tasks as well as PPE
-
Coordinate between Geo and lab when time sensitive testing is needed
-
Communicate with other offices when short handed or have abundance of availability between technicians
-
Provide, develop, and maintain rapport with clients & contractors as well as technicians
-
Account for all paperwork from technicians and deliver to PM’s within a 24 hour period
-
Ensure that timesheets are properly filled out along with accurate times via GPS tracking
-
Idle reports for all company used vehicles weekly
-
QC/QA paperwork for any discrepancies as well as provide time utilized for each project
-
Maintain and utilize cylinder pick-up log to verify previous days work
-
Inquire about missing paperwork from technicians and inform proper personnel

Track mileage use from company trucks, update daily

Contact clients and/or contractors of any changes as well as technicians & PM’s
-
Check on status of proctors & cylinders and inform appropriately
-
Maintain and provide a clean and sufficient work place/space
