About Our Services

Due to individual project experience of the firm principals of over 40 years in the DFW Metroplex, our firm is routinely retained to consult on forensic issues associated with building foundations, floor slabs, pavements, roofs, retaining walls, surface drainage problems, flatwork movement at building entries, sub-drainage issues and excessive moisture issues related to impervious floor coverings that deteriorate or de-bond due to excessive moisture within or below the concrete slab. In addition to the relatively common forensic studies indicated above, we have the capability of evaluating unusual problems which includes defending innocent parties from claims.
